Welcome to HarMat! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

4. Purchases and Payments

If you wish to purchase any product or service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply payment and shipping information relevant to your Purchase.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method in connection with any Purchase; and (ii) the information you supply is true, correct, and complete.

The Service may use third-party payment providers. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide it to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds for digital book purchases. Exceptional cases may be reviewed individually.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact support within 7 days of purchase with your order details and reason. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws. You may not:

• Disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service, or interfere with others' use.
• Use bots, spiders, or automated means to access or scrape the Service without permission.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be a waiver of those rights. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice before new terms take effect.
